As the former chief digital and information officer of Intermountain Health, Craig Richardville led large-scale technology integrations that enhanced efficiency across the organization. His expertise spans digital platform standardization, cloud computing, and enterprise analytics, all driving innovation in health care technology.
At Intermountain Health, Mr. Richardville oversaw the integration of nine EMR systems into a single Epic platform, reducing costs and streamlining operations. He introduced AI-powered tools such as ambient listening and virtual nursing, improving caregiver efficiency. His leadership also guided the transition from multiple enterprise resource planning systems to Workday and the standardization of contact center technologies.
